• Up to five Top Table Topics (your interests)
• Up to five Top Table Places (favorite venues)

B. Location & Usage Data

• City, ZIP code for search and matching
• In‑app interactions (table creation, RSVPs, chat metadata)
• Device identifiers (IDFA or Android Advertising ID), OS version, app version
• Crash logs and analytics

C. User‑Provided Content

• Messages, reviews, ratings, photos, and Table Memories
• Circle membership lists

How We Use Your Information

Core Features: Account creation, table discovery, chat, and bill splitting

Matching & Recommendations: Based on Top Table Topics and Places

Notifications: Invites, reminders, and updates

Analytics & Improvement: Improve app performance and reliability

Sharing & Disclosure

With Other Users: Name, photo, topics, and places in shared tables

Data Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and protected by Cloudflare for DDoS mitigation and secure content delivery. We actively monitor and update our systems to maintain security.

Your Rights & Choices

- Update or delete profile, Circles, photos in-app

- Leave Circles, decline invitations, and opt out of notifications

- Request access or deletion of data via [email protected] (GDPR/CCPA)

- Permanently delete account and personal data (some anonymized for legal compliance)

Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. Upon deletion, personal data is erased or anonymized unless otherwise required by law.

Children

TableUpp is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we’ve collected such data, we’ll delete it immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be shared via app or email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
